My daughter's father is paying child support. Can I go through the court and make him pay half of any sports or after school activities she wants to do?

Hi, and Happy New Year,
You can file a Petition, however, if the amount that the father is already paying in child support is in line with the Child Support Guidelines and his income does not warrant the Court in going outside the Child Support Guidelines, the Court probably would not grant your Petition.
