Can a repossession company come on to a property of a repair business for the vehicle and take the car if the property owner has advised them not to? Also, what can the land owner do for recourse if they do it anyway
Answer
Yes, I believe it can as long as it has valid paperwork to support the repossession.
Unless the landowner's property was somehow damaged during the course of
the repossession, he should have no claim for anything against the repossessor (my opinion).
