Question

My daughter is a high school senior and their year book just came out and next to her there is a quote "these are not my teeth".

These type quotes are run through staff then approve by administration. This is something that is a life time. My daughter has been in the top 5% all four years.

Is there any liabilities for this type of malice?

Answer

What is the rest of the story? Where is the malice? What does it even mean? Why do you think it will last life time, or bother her for a lifetime? Or even through the summer?

Answer

No. There's not. By making a big deal out of this you are actually making things worse for your child. It definitely isn't a legal issue.
