My mother the kidsq grandmother has temporary custody to expire February 13 of my husband and I kids. We haven't completed case plan.. Will a judge in some cases still grant custody back to us the hearing is February 9th
Answer
It is doubtful custody will go back to you. There is a reason a case plan is put in place. The court anticipates if you are truly interested in obtaining custody of your children, you will do whatever is necessary to complete the plan.
