Participative management holds employees
responsible, accountable, for their work.
It allows them to determine the out-come
of work-related activities.

Participative management affords employees
a voice. Employees take their jobs seriously,
and become loyal to the organization.

Participative management delegates
control to employees, but the
organizational goals must be adhered to.

Participative management fosters a
team environment. It is management's
job to explain what's expected, and work
with employees to achieve goals.
