Pennsylvania. Landlord suing tenant for damages beyond cost of security deposit. In addition to the repair work done by other parties, is landlord entitled to reimbursement for their own labor in returning residence to pre-lease condition?

Yes, they are. Why would the landlord be entitled to the costs to repair the damage you did to the apartment. There is nothing limiting the landlord to the amount of the security deposit.
