Question

As a Florida Plaintiff Pro Per how many days am I allotted to file an opposition to Defendants motion to transfer venue when served via US Mail?

Answer

Pro Se litigants don't get special rules. You must comply with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. You don't provide sufficient facts to adequately answer the inquiry as the basis for the venue change may determine which Rule applies. No opposition to a Motion to Transfer venue has to be filed. Best to serve one within 10 days of the Motion if you believe one is necessary.
