I am a beneficiary of a living trust in Lakeland Florida that provides me with a distribution of stocks and mutual funds or proceeds therefrom. I believe this should include the cash reserves in a brokerage account and money transferred from the brokerage account into a savings account. The Trustee disagrees. Who is right?

The trust terms prevail. have them reviewed by an attorney.

Would have to read the trust. Get an attorney ASAP otherwise your funds may be squandered and then no recovery. Once it is gone it is hard to recover.
