Answer

If the answers you gave to the doctor about your injury history and work history are different than answers in the deposition transcript, you can expect the QME doctor will write that you are not an accurate historian. It's okay, most people are inaccurate historians. The trouble comes when you have no measurable loss of motion or no positive MRI and you report pain, then nobody believes you are having pain because you said things differently at a deposition than in a doctor's history.
