Have you ever been arrested, charged?.
Have you ever served in any prison, detention facility, jail etc
I need help with this question, i fleed my country and entered US without proper documents,I was taken into custody by immigration where i applied for asylum. I was placed in immigration detention facility.
Should i answer yes to these questions.
