I was arrested from Kmart shoplifting in 2008. I plead guilty as per my attorney's advice, I paid fine $300 to court and then $300 to Kamrt civil law suit. court returned my bond money $10000 to me after a week or so, how long this will stay on my recored and what should be the answer of question If I was arrested or did a crime? please answer because I want to apply for security job,,thanks
