I missed the court because they sent my yellow paper request for my older address should I go there and explain what happened or wait for new paper? I updated my address already.

You need to call your lawyer. If you had a lawyer your lawyer should have advised you on dates. If you missed a criminal case you may have a warrant for your arrest. If you have a civil case, you probably lost. If you were pro se (always a very bad idea), the same things apply except YOU had the sole responsibility to advise the court of address changes.
