I agree with Ms. Dwyer. In my opinion, the conditions of probation should be reviewed and your friend should disclose any potential violations to the PO, but consult with an attorney before doing so. If the traffic violations are minor (e.g.speeding (0-10 over limit), crossing a double yellow line, rolling stop etc.) there probably won't be an issue. Withholding the info could make a mountain out of a mole hill.

I have a house in both states, If I move permanently to AZ from MA where I was charged and convicted twice and had to registered, would I have to register in AZ where the requirements are three convictions? Also, MA requires one to be registered for 20 years and in AZ it's 10 years, which standard would I have to follow living in AZ?
