Am, california my investment property is in denver colorado adam county my tenant is sueing me for $4000.00 because i did not returned her security deposit because she destroyed my property and she apandent the premises befor walk out i had pade over 600 dolora to fixc her damage blus lost two month rent her attorney told her she can sue for 4000. is she has the wrote or i have the write i have all the invoice of the cost from the manegment co. the court day is on 3/17/2015. advice please
