Where can I find case law regarding car accidents in shopping centers because of no stop signs?

Your best bet would be to go to your local law library. The librarian will not be able to give you any legal advice, but will be able to give you an incredible amount of help in conducting your research. You should be able to find the closest library though either the county's or courts' website. As a side note, I do wonder about the legality of the baby stop sign. Can you get a ticket if you don't stop or can running a sign give rise to liability? Obviously, your research will focus on the latter. Yes, I obey them as if they were a normal stop sign on a public street. Good Luck!
