Can I carry a concealed switchblade in Florida? I want to upgrade to an automatic opening knife for daily carry.

Answer

Provided you do not have a concealed carry permit, you can carry an ordinary pocket knife in Florida. This is because a pocket knife is not considered a weapon. Generally a switch blade knife would be considered a weapon, hence you probably can not carry it unless you have a permit.
