I just got off of a flight where got up to use the rest room mid flight and upon passing the steward area asked for a tomatoe juice. He poured me the juice and I went back to my seat and drank about half of the drink. The steward came up to me and said, sorry I have you the wrong drink.......that one is full of tabs we pull off of the soda cans to donate. He was so matter a fact and handed me. New drink. He held the one up I wass drinking to find the bottom full of them. He was so casual! I have been fighting off the flu and the last thing I need is everyone's germs in my drink! Then, what if I had swalled some! I have his name and the guy next to me gave me his card and said I should seem am attorney. I am going to file a formal complaint! Do I need an attorney?

I wouldn't waste my time hiring an attorney unless you actually sustain some sort of ascertainable injury. You can't recover damages for what might have happened. I would, however, lodge a complaint with the airline. My guess is they will give you a voucher or something for a free flight.
