Question

my mother and father wrote a will stating that I would receive the full inheritance if something were to hapen to them, my father since has passed and my mother remarried. does her getting remarried void the will and not entitle her new husband to the property?

Answer

The remarriage will not void the will. She could amend her will to leave assets to her new husband, but unless your father changed his will prior to death, you will still inherit under his will.
