How long do I have to sue my previous employer for my last paycheck and wrongful termination

Question

How long do I have to sue my previous employer for my last paycheck and wrongful termination

Answer

Wrongful termination (if based on a prohibited characteristic or retaliation) is one year from the date of termination (but if you want to file pursuant to Title VII, you have to file an EEOC charge within 300 days of termination).

A claim for unpaid wages can be filed up to three years after they are due.
