My mother passed away over 15 years ago and my father is just now having my brothers and I sign documents granting him title to the house. The house at the time of her death was originally only in her name. My question is what claim do my brothers and I have to the house?

There are too many variables to be able to determine your interest, based on so few facts. You and your brother may have no interest in the property, or you or he may own it. You should consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area, before deciding whether to sign anything.
