I was falsly arrsted and charged with fraud and idenity theft becaue of the word of a local cable copany I have lost my job and being pulled out of a cyber security intermship. Once I beat the criminal case can I sue the cable copany?

Yes, you could bring a civil action for false arrest, but you would have to show that they did not have a reasonable basis for their accusations. In other words, if you go to trial and are acquitted, that doesn't automatically mean it was a false arrest.
