Mom and dad made a trust, with thier wishes in it, mom never filed the trust with the county so not sure what that means, in the will they left 2 acres to me and 2 acres to my daughters that we previously have paid for but because money is stilled owed on house we could not seperate until house is paid. now my sister whom was left the house as long as she finished paying for it wants to sell. My question is can she sell the acres that were willed to someone else? We live in Texas.

IMHO the Trust is valid and controls but if the family is friendly, and both parents gone, visit us or a lawyer experienced in probate/real estate to finalize transfer to respective heirs...
