My spouse and I have been separated for 10 years living in 2 different states with no commingled assets, no joint debt, or no minor children. We share nothing. I filed for divorce but cannot find him so my attorney has filed the 30 day motion for an uncontested divorce. But I am also buying a home and the closing date will hit before the 30 days is up. Can I do this in Florida? Thank you
