Is it illegal for someone who works for a lawyer to look up information on whoever they want anytime they want?
Answer
Would seem to depend upon precisely where this "someone" is supposedly looking for this particular information and whether any issues are
being violated involving privacy rights and confidentiality (in my opinion).
