my divorce was final back in Nov of 2014. my ex was ordered to divide her 401k with me. When she filed thepaperwork, the self help turned it down, stating the judge didn't issue was way of dispersal. She filed for the judge to issue a final order 4 or 5 weeks ago, as of today, nothing has happened. The financial company is just waiting for the order to release the money. How should I proceed?

Contact the Judges Judicial Assistant and ask what else is necessary?
Some counties Clerk of Courts have a person called a Pro Se Coordinator, contact them .
