Where is blower moto r cut out relay?
The blower motor relay is usually located on the plastic housing arounf the heater fan beneath the dashboard. It is installed with two screws and usually has three wires plugged into it with a plastic connector. If you disconnect the connector, remove the screws and the resistor, you'll see what looks like a wound spring that is peobably burned out. Get a new one and reinstall.
