My husband recieved his 10yrs green card feburary 2013,what the time frame before he can divorce me without losing his permanenet resident status
Answer
If he is a Permanent, as opposed to a Conditional, Resident, then the dissolution of your marriage should not be relevant & I do not see why he would lose his Permanent Residency.
