Question

I am the custodial parent of two children ages seven and four. The non-custodial parent was ordered to pay child support monthly. I want to cancel the court order for the child support. How do I do that? I don't want him to be financially responsible through the court anymore.

Answer

The sum lest way is to consent to the father having Custody. It might result in you paying support to him. The second simplest way is to marry the father.

Good luck
