I lend my bf and his mom money to buy a house have we wrote a contract saying he will have to pay me back within 5 years with interest or I get 26% of the house and also they were not allow to sell or change deed until everything was paid back. Well his mom was living in another country so only her son sign it. Well recently 4 years later his mom made him removed his name from the property and I still haven't received a cent back. He has breached our contract and his mom kept saying she will pay me back but refuse to sign an agreement to saying she will pay me back. I believe she don't intend to pay me back.
