My landlord removed asbestos siding from the side of the house while my Windows were open. Weeks later broken pieces are still laying on the ground. He did not give me notice or i would have closed them. Previously he did the same on the front porch with personal items on the porch . What should i do ?

You should notify the Health Dept. immediately. You will be homeless shortly thereafter.
