They are not married. No games show that they are married, they only have a growing relationship between them. Baby Mario and Baby Peach were introduced in the game Mario and Luigi Partners in Time as the younger versions of Mario and Peach. They went back in time and found the younger versions of themselves (the babies!) and fought with them to fight the shroobs. That is who the babies are.
