I need to write a letter to immigration explaining why I cant got back to Mexico to file for a u-Visa.... I need guidance on how to write it...What do I say? How Can I start it?

You should not have to go back to Mexico to apply for a U visa. You must have been a victim of a certain crime listed by USCIS as grounds for applying for a U visa, and you must have suffered mental or physical harm as a result of the crime. You will have to get a certification from a government agency stating that you were a victim of a crime and that you were cooperative or are likely to be cooperative with the government in the investigation of the crime.
