I have joint custody of my three children with my ex wife as primary. My days off from work have changed twice in the past year. I started out off on Mondays/Tuesdays then changed to Thursday/Friday. At that point the exwife did put up a bit of a stink because of the rearranging of things. Recently I have had to change back to Monday/Tuesday per my boss' orders. My exwife is putting up a stink about it and threatening to call the police if I pick up my kids on any day other than Thursday/Friday. My girlfriend and I live together and both work thursday evenings so there is no one home on Thursday/Friday. We have to be to work at 3pm and get off at 11pm. The ex-wife insists that I get a babysitter on Thursday and Friday for the kids. This contradicts her always ranting about spending more time with the kids. She claims she is going to take me back to court because I am in contempt of court for changing days off. I didn't have a choice in the matter. Does she have a legal leg to stand on as far as calling the cops if I want to see my kids on my new days off of Monday/Tuesday? She has had little over 2.5 weeks notice of this change. She is also in contempt of court for claiming more kids on her tax return than she agreed to per the consent decree and didn't tell me.

So what is your legal question?
