I haven't received child support since I filed 3 months ago. Father wants to claim child on income taxes. I have reported him 3 times now. How can I prevent him from claiming and receive the child support that im owed?

Just claim the child on your tax return. If the father claims the child also, the IRS will catch it due to the social security number and investigate. They almost always give the exemption to the custodial parent.
