Which form should i use for homestead declaration in Florida?
I have homestead exemption already on my property.
The house is under my name alone, but I recently got married, but i haven't transfer ownership of the property to my husband.
Should i use the married or the single form?

Use the married form. Homestead is to protect the property, becuse you are married you dont want any inference that you provided false information.
