Can a landlord evict a tenant to remodel a unit?
Answer
Generally yes, but not if there is a multiple month lease in place that has not yet expired. If the tenancy is month to month, however, yes with 30-days notice minimum, and 60 days if the tenant has been in the unit more than a year.
