I bought a vehicle through a private party sale and it showed no liens & I was able to place it under my name at the dmv. It was repossessed two nights ago and the company Santander is saying it has a lien with them. I have all paperwork in my name so I feel I have the right to my vehicle. Any advice as to how I can recuperate my car?
