I work as a independent field inspector. I take pictures of houses for banks and other mortgage companies. The work is done through a field inspections company and it is then sent to his client. The question I have is that he is not paying me for some of the late inspections. He said that he does not get paid for them so he is not paying me. But, the pictures that I submitted on his client's web site are being sent to the property owners and I am not being paid for the work or the pictures.
What can I do? Thank you

A few options, but none of them will be healthy for your long term business relationship with this, um, gentleman. Obviously, if this is how he conducts business, you may not want to have a business relationship with him. You could have an attorney send a demand letter, stop working for him, or file a lawsuit. Or all three, as far as that goes.
