Sure, you can put a For Sale sign up, but you can't transfer/sell the property without all owners signing and very few real estate agents will even consider listing property without all owners agreeing and signing.

No. If the house is titled in joint names, you cannot sell, refinance or dispose of in any manner without your husband's approval. I would be surprised if a real estate agent would even list it without both signatures.
