I was a victim of speed trap. Getting off I-595 at exit 5 there is not a speed sign that
that changes to 45mph until you're halfway to University Dr. Motorist ALL DAY LONG are breaking the law on this road probably not knowing it.
Statetrooper at 11:00 at night ticketed me, with Radar. I hired a ticket lawyer and the best she did was get a withhold of adjudication with $400 court costs. Nobody does the speed limit on that road and they know it. What can I do, I want to be acquitted. What can I do about this?
Answer
You hired a lawyer for this. It would be improper for another lawyer to discuss a case when you are represented. You need to get your answers from your lawyer to see if it can be appealed. As far as it being a speed trap, there are apps where you can warn people about them, but not a whole lot can be done on an individual basis.
