I was caught stealing $219 worth of video games at WalMart I was completely out of my mind this was out of the ordinary behavior I have clean record I am 18 years old in Florida I am completely scared I have opportunities to got o college and maybe even play college sports I don't want to go to jail and am very scared the police were called and I was issued a court date of I hire a good attorney can I just get community service or a diversion program please help I have anxiety attacks throughout the day my father is in immigration and is constantly telling me about things like this this is tearing me up inside I cannot go to jail I am an AP/Honors student and my even play college sports I have 2 jobs so I will be able to pay a lawyer I have kept this from my parents telling them simply isn't an option I want to go to become and engineer please I don't want to go to jail please
