Question

If one judge in an oral transcript proceeding directs an MSA to be done and your atty husband intentionally skips the memorialization and skips even clarifiying the partial non-finally adjudicated transcript that has provisions for credits and offsets to be reserved if things don't work out right and the atty husband refuses to assist you in completing same what do you do...especially after he mails in his non-consented to proposed final judgment skipping the final hearing...and it is accidentally signed

Answer

You need your own attorney ASAP. You only have a short period of time to object or to bring these matters before the Judge. Failure to timely proceed may forfeit your rights.
