how do I get a copy of the police report from the arrest of my 16 yr. son for possession of class b and class E. The arrest was in MA he was a passenger in a car.

I am not a trial attorney, but if he was arraigned, he should have had counsel appointed. If you have hired an attorney for him, that attorney can obtain it. Either way, this is mandatory discovery and counsel will get it from the prosecutor. However, if you go in person to the police station, you should be able to request a copy.
