I think my lawyer is trying to get rid of me so I owe them money I have proof . Is this legal?

You think your attorney is trying to get rid of you so you would have an outstanding bill? That doesn't make a lot of sense. If services were performed then you would owe on the bill whether you are retained as a client or the relationship is terminated. It may be the case that your attorney does not want to continue providing services because you are not paying your bills or the attorney expects you will not pay your bills into the future. I'd suggest talking to your attorney about what is going on.
