I live in Texas. Am I, as a stepmother, required to provide health insurance for my stepson? If I do provide insurance, am I required to provide his biological mother with a copy of my insurance card and social security number?

Unless you were joined somehow into the litigation, then the court cannot order you to provide insurance. Your husband may be ordered to provide insurance, and the insurance card; and you may choose to provide this service to benefit your husband to satisfy his court-ordered obligations.
