I have a written agreement with a guy that I'm buying a trailer off of. I gave him $200 down on $500. We were at the notary the other day and got into an argument and he took the title off of the notary desk when it was almost done and just needed my signature. He won't give me my money back he said I owe him $800. Can I just take the title from him? Or act like I'm going to give him $800 and just hand him $300
