my brother got a speeding ticking while he was one leave from the miltary then he was shipped to japan and i have been handling the case and appearing in court for him but i missed a court date and now im recieving an adfdavid d in the mail sayin that he need to appear in court but all i had to tdo was pay the fine but i missed a court date so what do i do and what will happen to me

Your brother may have a bech warrant for the failure to appear at court. He may nned to hire an attorney to appear and get the bench warrant set aside. They can then negotiate a plea agreement to a lesser (non-moving) violation. Or, if he stills wants to just pay the ticket, it can be done then. You did not say whcih court this is in.
