My mother and brothers have rented a house for 11 years. They had asked the landlord to clean out garage out back for years, finally he goes makes them a key and gives it them, tells them they can do it, now is upset saying he will call cops because he did not mean somethings. If that was yhe case why did he not do it himself. What should they do?
Answer
They should work out with him whatever has gone wrong. No documentation to support their theory and none to support his either. They should have communicated with him better and he should have with them too.
