What is a group culture?
Group culture is the commonly shared values and expected behaviors of a group of any kind and any size. National culture, corporate culture, religious culture, or ethnic culture are examples. Therefore, an individual may find they are interacting in multiple cultures at the same time, which can lead to conflicts.
